Ident Broadcasting & Communications reserves the right in full to change or terminate the terms of this document without warning and at any time. By using any Ident Online service or digital media, you agree in full to the terms laid out in this document.
All Ident Online and digital media services are used and consumed at the end users own risk and with the understanding of no warranty or support. Cookies and other information might be stored on your system via some 3rd party apps and source code used in this site. These are external to Ident Broadcasting & Communications control, However you 'the end user' agree to the use of these for the operation of this website and other Ident services.
Ident Broadcasting & Communications accepts no responsibility for any external downloads or links from any Ident Online service.
All software linked to for download is done so on the understanding of the 'Freeware' nature of said software.

Ident CE (Compact Edition) Product T&C's
The stock version of RISC OS 5 for Raspberry Pi is offered for free for none commercial operations by RISC OS Open LTD. Ident CE or Ident Micro One based systems using Raspberry Pi® based SOC boards are able and capable of running this version without the need for license.
Ident CE units are presented as unfinished engineering products. Contents and design/colour may vary from those illustrated/supplied. Not suitable for person(s) under the age of 16. Contains small parts and sharp edges. Adult supervision required at ALL times, including during unit operation.
Ident Computer , Ident Broadcasting & Communications or TSW Holdings is NOT responsible for the upkeep , maintenance, usage or continued safely of or ongoing operation of ANY kit build unit / product.
All kit build hardware is used / operated strictly at the end users own risk.
Warranty : Ident CE includes a 3 month warranty from date of purchase.
This warranty does NOT cover:
Accidental or deliberate damage. (including natural disasters/terrorism/war/civil unrest/vandalism/theft/fire/flood or 'Act of God.'). Incorrect installation or assembly. Use of unauthorised 3rd party parts or components (excluding USB Mice / External USB Data Devices). Modifications of any sort including repainting. The purchaser assumes full responsibility for use and operation of their Ident CE unit in kit or completed form. Other Raspberry Pi® OS distributions are compatible with this device, but are not supported by Ident Computer.
All 3rd party software and content, unless stated is the copyright of the rights holder(s) and is offered as 'Freeware' in good faith. Said software or content is used at the users own risk and with out warranty. This includes the supplied operating system.
RISC OS is the property of RISC OS Developments Ltd & is freely available to download from RISC OS OPEN Ltd.
Ident Computer will not honour warranties for Ident products modified, bought second hand or purchased from unauthorised resellers or distributors.
RISC OS or alternative supplied operating system are NOT considered secure and is presented for use in experimental/hobbyist computing projects ONLY. It is not advised to use any Ident CE product or service for confidential or sensitive data storage or manipulation. Ident CE should not be used for online banking or financial services.
Ident CE should not be considered or purchased as a replacement for a modern PC or MAC computer system.
Ident Computer , Ident Broadcasting & Communications or TSW Holdings are in no way endorsed or associated with RISC OS Developments Ltd, RISC OS Open LTD or the Raspberry Pi® Foundation.
Ident Micro 1.5 Computer Products & Services
The following much be accepted in full...
Full Micro 1.5 downloadable plans required an encryption key to unlock the PDF file.
Encryption keys are available via the Wi-Fi Sheep Patreon Channel for a subscription free of $12 USD. Once payment is recevied on the Patreon platform a key will be released allowing for activation of the Micro 1.5 document for printing.
Patreon is a subscription service and $12 USD will be taken per month from your payment card/account.
Users may deactivate payment at anytime once the the first $12 payment has been made.
It is the end users / purchasers full responsibility to cancel further payments, unless they/you wish to support the Wi-Fi Sheep service. NO refunds can / will be given.
Users with deactivated Patreon payments / accounts will still be able to download the master Micro 1.5 PDF without needing to pay again.
Encryption keys are only available to paid Patreon subscribers. It is the end users / purchasers responsibility to keep encryption keys safe as additional payment will be required to unlock the key for a second time once/if payment is cancelled.
No parts or materials are supplied with Micro 1.5 kits
